Tender slices of Australian baby stem ginger have been glacéed, then enrobed in deep, dark bittersweet chocolate. The ginger has a sweet pungent taste and the chocolate makes it exceptional.

Each piece of chocolate covered ginger is wrapped individually. They are then packaged in a white gift box with our signature gold label on top. Whether for gift giving or kept as a treat for yourself, this ginger is sure to please. Also available candied without chocolate.
