Lemon Rum Cake is moist, rich cake with the sweet flavor of lemon. After baking we lace it with rum to create a deeper, more complex flavor. We think you'll love this taste of caribbean sunshine!

The large bundt cake is sealed in cellophane, and packaged in a clear gift box with gold base and plum ribbon. It serves 10-14 people. Single serving duo cakes are sold in a white gift box, two to a package, each cake is sealed on a gold cake board.

Serving Suggestions

Cut the Lemon Rum Cake in thin slices and it will serve 10 - 14 people, the duo cakes each serve one (or you may prefer to share one).

This cake is delicious served with our seedless Red Raspberry Sauce, or Rhubarb Sauce. We also recommend serving this cake with fresh fruit such as raspberries, strawberries or blueberries.
