No Sugar Added Country Cake

Country Cake is a lower sugar carb version of our popular Old-Fashioned Spice Cake. It has the same old-fashioned flavors and loose rough texture as the original! Raisins, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg make this cake a favorite to share with friends. We have used Maltitol as a sweetener in this cake, along with our special blend of spices and crisp pecans. This is a terrific cake for those who are diabetic, watching sugar carbs, or eating mostly sugar free. Try serving it with coffee or tea!
The bundt cake is sealed in cellophane, and packaged in a clear gift box with gold base and plum ribbon. It serves 10-14 people. 1 3/4 pound bundt cake (approx. 28 oz). Single serving duo cakes are sold two to a package, each cake is sealed on a gold cake board.
