Marzipan Cake is a moist cake made with almond paste that is lightly laced with lemon liqueur. The result is a delightfully moist, flavorful almond pound cake that is very, very special.
The large bundt cake is sealed in cellophane, and packaged in a clear box with gold base and plum ribbon. It serves 10-14 people, approx. 30 oz. Single serving duo cakes are sold two to a package, each cake is sealed on a gold cake board.
Marzipan Almond Cake: Almond Paste (almonds, sugar, synthetic bitter almond oil, potassium sorbate), Egg, Sugar, Butter (Cream, Salt), Lemon Liqueur (Water, Sugar, Alcohol, Lemon Oil), Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil, Lemon Zest, Baking Powder. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Egg, Tree Nuts.
Cut the Marzipan Cake in thin slices and it will serve 9 people. Enjoy it all by itself or with fresh fruit.
