Island Macadamia Bar
Sweet Coconut Perfection!
Island Macadamia Bars have chunks of macadamia nuts and shredded coconut blended together with a sweet batter, then baked on a buttery shortbread crust. Finished with a toasted coconut topping, these bars are irresistible.
Bars arrive baked in a 6" x 9" tray. You can cut the tray into whatever size pieces you prefer. The tray is sealed and packaged in a white gift box with our signature gold label on top. Net wt. 1 3/4 lb.
Macadamia Coconut Bar: Sugar, Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter (Cream, Salt), Brown Sugar, Egg, Macadamias, Coconut, Lemon Juice, Cream, Citrus Zest, Extracts, Baking Powder and Salt. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Egg, Tree Nuts.
Island Macadamia Bars are easiest to cut when slightly chilled. If not serving within a few days this bar can be frozen.
