Bourbon Fig Cake

Bourbon Fig Cake is a dense, nutty cake filled with cranberries, figs, and walnuts. Mellowed with Kentucky Bourbon for a tart, fruity taste. We use all natural ingredients- no candied fruits, no citron and no artificial flavors.
Each small batch Bourbon Fig Cake is hand decorated and aged before shipping to develop the flavors. Large cake is packaged in a clear gift box with gold base and plum ribbon. Loaf is packaged in a white gift box. We think this is the best bourbon fruitcake available- we hope you agree!
Loaf cake measures approx. 7 1/4 x 3 1/2" and serves 6-8 people. The large round cake measures approx. 7 1/2" in diameter and serves 10-12 people.

Bourbon Fig Cake: Figs, Cranberries, Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Walnuts, Eggs, Bourbon, Sugar, Raisins, Butter (Cream, Salt), Spices. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Egg, Tree Nuts.
Chill before slicing, use a sharp knife to cut 1/2 inch pieces. Refrigerate after opening.
