Brandied Apricot Cake is a tart, not sweet cake full of apricots, pecans and dates. Savor the distinctive flavor of apricots mellowed in fine brandy. Crisp pecans add an enjoyable texture to this dense, rich, moist cake.
Only the finest ingredients are used - no preservatives, no citron and no candied fruit. One of our original fruitcakes, all natural, with only real fruit. A gourmet holiday tradition- truly an apricot lover's delight!
Each Brandied Apricot Cake is made in small batches, hand decorated and aged before shipping to develop the flavors. Large round cake is packaged in a clear gift box with gold base and plum ribbon. Loaf cake is packaged in a white gift box.
We think these are the best fruitcakes available- we hope you agree! Loaf cake measures approx. 7 1/4 x 3 1/2" and serves 6-8 people. The large round cake measures approx. 7 1/2" in diameter and serves 10-12 people.

Brandied Apricot Cake: Apricots, Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Eggs, Sugar, Pecans, Wine, Butter (Cream, Salt), Brandy, Dates, Raisins, Baking Powder, Spices. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Egg, Tree Nuts.
Serving Suggestions: Use a sharp knife to cut 1/2 inch pieces. We recommend serving our Brandied Apricot Cake with our Cognac Hard Sauce. The Brandied Apricot Cake freezes beautifully.
