Classic Lemon Bars are sweet treats made with zesty lemon juice and our own Matthews 1812 House batter. We bake the bars on a buttery shortbread crust and then top them with lemon buttercream icing.
Bars arrive baked in a 6" x 9" tray. You can cut the tray into whatever size pieces you prefer. The tray is sealed and packaged in a white gift box with our signature gold label on top. Net wt. 2 1/2 lb.

Classic Lemon Bar: Sugar, Egg, Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter (Cream, Salt), Lemon Juice, Cream, Citrus Zest, Extracts. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Egg.
Lemon Bars are easiest to cut when slightly chilled. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If you aren't planning to eat the bar within a few days, you may freeze and serve at a later date.
